Spooky season has finally arrived, and I couldn't be more thrilled. I fell in love with broody vampire fiction at 17 and make it a point to read this genre every fall.
No, it wasn't Twilight, it was Bram Stoker's Dracula.

October’s Pick:
A Betrothal So Bloody by Mary Dublin & Anne Kendsley
What better way to celebrate the dying & inevitable decay of leaves with a gothic romance coloring page!
Set in 1560s Italy, our FMC Ariya is a vampire hunter whose first solo mission is to seduce & slay Dante, a charmingly infuriating (alleged) vampire nobleman.
I use a 3D model for all my art references & had more fun than I care to admit modelling this pose. Some of you might have seen it in my IG stories already, so you know exactly what I’m talkin’ about 👀
Hope you enjoy coloring this page as much as I did!

Some tips for first-time colorists:
- If using markers, I find it helpful to print on thick, smooth paper. I printed mine on 270 gsm cardstock paper to use with alcohol markers. Make sure to put something behind it, in case the markers bleed through & ruin everything you love.
- Using coloring pencils is another excellent option & you can just print on regular printer paper.
- Don't overthink it, don't worry about the end result. Just color and have fun!
